The only thing this company did right was agree to refunding me after I waited over 30 days for a product they advertise as being delivered within 5-10 business days (so 2 weeks). I kept being told they were “looking into the issue” yet never got answers. It was always me following up with them. That is until they decided to change the shipping information and say it had been delivered (it hadn’t) and that I should check with neighbors (already had been). They agreed to a refund after I shared my opinion that resending it probably wouldn’t change anything as I’d probsbly be sent fake shipping information again. Good luck to anyone who tries to order - maybe you’ll actually get product instead of excuses.
