Subscription management

NUMY offers certain products on a subscription basis for convenience. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing is handled and how you can cancel.

1. Sign-up

Subscription details, including price, billing frequency and renewal terms, are clearly shown before you complete your order.

2. Billing & Payment

  • By signing up, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method according to the recurring schedule you selected (e.g. monthly).
  • Subscription costs include the product price, applicable taxes and shipping costs (where relevant).
  • If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect the payment again or suspend your subscription until updated payment details have been provided.

3. Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically according to the stated frequency (e.g. monthly) until they are cancelled.
  • You will be billed on the renewal date unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent by email ahead of your billing date, depending on your location and applicable legislation.

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • To avoid being billed for the next cycle, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
  • You can cancel in the following ways:
    1. By logging in to your customer account on our website. To do this, go to the top of our website and click the person icon to log in. Log in with the same email address you used to place your order, then click ‘‘Subscription management’’ to change or cancel your subscription, or
    2. By contacting us at info@mynumy.com
  • After cancellation you will no longer be billed. Orders that have already been processed will be shipped and fall under our Return Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription orders are subject to the same conditions as one-off purchases under our Return Policy.
  • Refunds apply solely to returned products in accordance with our policy; subscription charges that have already been processed are not refunded once an order has been shipped.

6. Changes

You can adjust your subscription details (e.g. change the delivery frequency, pause shipments or update your payment method) by logging in to your account or by contacting our customer service.
