At NUMY we understand that you can change your mind.

Would you like to cancel your order or change your delivery address? You can do this yourself within 30 minutes of placing your order via your order portal. You can also open your order from the confirmation email by clicking ‘View your order’.

After these 30 minutes, unfortunately no address changes or cancellations can be made. In that case, please wait until your order has arrived and then follow our returns procedure.

But don't worry. Once your order has been delivered, you are still protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Not satisfied after all? Then you can request a return within 30 days in accordance with our returns policy. For opened products our guarantee applies to one product per order, while unopened products can be returned within 30 days under the normal return conditions.
