At NUMY we offer discreet shipping for all our orders, so that you can receive your order in complete privacy. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that delivery times vary depending on the product and your location.

Please bear in mind that these are estimated delivery times and that they may vary slightly. Customs duties and taxes may apply to international shipments. NUMY is not responsible for these costs and cannot exercise any control over the customs procedures of each country. Customers are responsible for paying these costs. If a package is refused by the customer or gets stuck at customs, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds.

Order status

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment. Please bear in mind that it can take 24 hours before the tracking information is available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@mynumy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
